It was a place where the emperor handled government affairs and lived in the garden. It was reopened in 2008 after being dusted for many years. The scenic spot consists of different garden scenery on nine artificial islands surrounding the Hou Lake. The most famous one is Jiuzhou Qingyan, the largest artificial island where the emperor and his concubines lived. The greenery here is good, with various flowers, trees, and lakes. Some places are full of wild charm. It is a good place for an outing to enjoy flowers.
