The Yixiu Tower was built in 1945 by Liu Yunshao, a former senator of Yong’an County Senate, and designed by Mr. Huang Zengyue, a doctor who studied in France in Yong’an. It is the only small foreign-style building with Western European style in Yongji Mountain Village. “湌” means to absorb, so the owner named it “Yixiu” because he hopes to absorb all the beautiful things in the world here. In August 2005, it was renovated. The repaired Yixiu Building not only restored its original appearance, but also opened into the Yongan Anti-Japanese War Cultural Hall of Fame.
Yixiu Building is a Western-style building with a blue brick and wooden structure. The two-story corridor design is scientific, elegant, simple and elegant. The layout of the entire Hall of Fame is exquisite, and the exhibition hall is bright and clean. The exquisite and soft spotlights illuminate these Anti-Japanese War celebrities, showing the heroic style and heroic deeds. When you go up to the second floor platform, you can see the pleasing scenery.
