·The collection contains more than 370,000 cultural relics, ranging from simple stone tools of ancient humans to various artifacts from social life before 1840, with a time span of more than one million years.
·The bronzes of the Shang and Zhou dynasties are exquisite, the pottery figurines of the past dynasties are in various shapes, and the murals of Tang tombs are unparalleled in the world.
·The museum condenses the historical essence of the Chinese nation and is known as the “Chinese Treasure House”. It is an art palace displaying ancient Chinese civilization and Shaanxi history and culture.

  1. All tickets must be officially reserved through the museum. Tickets cannot be collected or purchased on site without an appointment. Implementing “free but not free tickets”, 6,000 free tickets will be issued for a limited time every day, while supplies last.
  2. Individual visitors (with ID cards or valid documents) are limited to one ticket per person, which is valid on the same day and will be invalid upon expiration.
  3. Tickets are free for reservations within 7 days (including the day), and tickets for the day of reservation and the next day are charged.
