·Meihua Mountain is located opposite the Tomb Road of Xiaoling Mausoleum of Ming Dynasty. It is known as “the best plum mountain in the world” and ranks first among the four major plum gardens in China.
·Today, Meihua Mountain has a plum planting area of more than 1,533 acres, with more than 40,000 plum trees of nearly 400 varieties. It is one of the famous plum viewing resorts in the country.
·Sun Quan, Emperor Wu of the Three Kingdoms period, and his wife Bu were buried here. It is the earliest mausoleum of the Six Dynasties in Nanjing.
·The Nanjing International Plum Blossom Festival is held here every year, and many tourists come here at this time.
