Monkey Viewing the Sea is located in the Beihai Scenic Area of ​​Huangshan Scenic Area. On a flat-topped peak north of Lion Peak, there is a strange stone, like a monkey squatting, quietly watching the rise and fall of the sea of ​​clouds. It is called “Monkey Viewing the Sea”. Visitors are not allowed to climb the peak where the Monkey Viewing Sea Stone is located. The best place to view it is at Lion Peak. Visitors can go up from the Yungu Cableway. On the way to Beihai Hotel, there are road signs at Shuguang Pavilion. It takes an hour to hike there and back.
