The May 30th Massacre Memorial Site is located in a green space on the southwest side of Nanjing West Road and Tibet Middle Road. The body and base of the monument are all made of granite from the foothills of Mount Tai, which represents that the sacrifice of the martyrs is more important than Mount Tai. Comrade Chen Yun inscribed the title and Lu Dingyi inscribed the inscription. In the middle is a bronze sculpture that is 3 meters high, 4 meters wide and weighs more than 3 tons. It is composed of two indomitable workers. It shows the revolutionary spirit of the Chinese working class who fight bravely and fight one after another.
