The Kalachakra Sutra was built in 1817, where monks devoted themselves to studying Tibetan astronomy, calendar knowledge, and the so-called Shambhala Kingdom of Buddhism and the relevant teachings in the Kalachakra Sutra. He mainly talks about the formation, existence, change and destruction of the outer world in Buddhism, the sentient beings in the three realms of the inner world, the so-called liberation stage of the second step of understanding the mandala, and the wind, pulse, bright point and other liberation steps of the completion stage. There are three kinds of time wheels: outer, inner and outer.

Xining Xinning Road Bus Station - Kumbum Monastery Bus Line: Bus: Take No. 2, 9, 12, 13 in the city and get off at “Xinning Square”, transfer to Xining-Huangzhong Ta’er Temple You can reach the temple’s bus line by getting off at “Ta’er Monastery”. It leaves every 5-10 minutes and costs 5.5 yuan/person. The journey takes about 1 hour. 3. Xining City Management Station Bus Station - Kumbum Temple Bus Line: Bus: Take bus No. 3, 4, 16 and other buses in the city and get off at the “Management Station”, transfer to Kumbum Temple (Huang Long-distance buses from Zhong County (Zhong County) cost 5 yuan/person and the journey takes about 40 minutes.
