·The most fascinating historical site in Tiger Hill is the Jianchi, which is said to be the tomb of King Wu Helu.
· Looking north from the Qianren Stone, there are four large characters “Huqiu Sword Pool” engraved next to the round cave door of “There is a Different Cave”, which are thick and powerful. They were originally written by Yan Kai, the only son of Yan Zhenqing, a great calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty.
·The stone wall inside the round cave is also engraved with “Wind Valley Cloud Spring”. The calligraphy is elegant and unrestrained. It is said that it was written by Mi Fu, one of the four great calligraphers in the Song Dynasty. On the left side of the cliff is the seal character “Jianchi”, which is said to have been written by the great calligrapher Wang Xizhi.
·According to local chronicles, below Jianchi is the burial place of King Wu Helu. The Jianchi is about 45 meters wide and 6 meters deep. It is dry all year round and is so clear that you can drink from it. Li Xiuqing in the Tang Dynasty once rated it as “the fifth spring in the world”.
