One of the three ancient bridges in Nanxun, it is a large single-hole stone arch bridge on the Dongzha River, commonly known as the New Bridge.
Hongji Bridge is 28 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, 7.2 meters high, and has 33 steps up and down.
There is a pier under the bridge, equipped with stone tables and chairs for those waiting for the ship.
There are small bridges and flowing water, and the scenery is picturesque. It is very suitable for taking photos. If you choose a good angle, the photos will look like paintings.

Located inside Nanxun Ancient Town, the transportation is as follows:
- It is within walking distance of the ancient town.
- Taxi: There are not many taxis in Nanxun Town. The starting price is 5 yuan/2 kilometers, and 2 yuan per kilometer after that.
- Tricycle: The local human-powered tricycle is one of the main means of transportation in Nanxun Town and is convenient for travel. The tricycle fee is about 3 yuan/km. The trip from Tai’an Road Bus Station to the ancient town is generally 8 yuan, and the long-distance station is 10-15 yuan.
