–Deng Enming, also known as Enming, courtesy name Zhongyao, was born in Libo, Guizhou in 1901, and belongs to the Shui tribe. The former residence is an ordinary residential tile-roofed house with four rows and three rooms of civil structure. It faces east and faces the street.
–An ancient banyan tree that is more than 200 years old grows more than 10 meters to the left opposite the gate. The tree trunk is more than 10 meters in circumference and about 15 meters high. It has luxuriant branches and leaves, is evergreen all year round, and has intertwined roots, forming an overall umbrella-shaped crown.
–In November 1979, the former residence of the martyrs was listed as a key provincial cultural relic protection unit by the Provincial People’s Government, and funds were allocated for many times to build a “Exhibition Room of the Martyrs’ Deeds” on the right side of the former residence. On display indoors are the pens, inks, inkstones, ink cartridges, jade jewelry, charms, clothes hangers, lanterns, family letters and other objects used by the martyrs in their boyhood, as well as pictures and materials introducing the martyrs’ lives and revolutionary deeds. The former residence also preserves the wooden bed, table, chair, stool, stone mill, medicine mill, eight wall clocks and other relics that Deng Enming used in his boyhood.
