· Located in Chengde City, Hebei Province, it was once the summer palace of the Qing Dynasty emperors of China and is also the largest existing classical royal garden.
·It was first built in 1703 and took 89 years to complete after three generations of emperors: Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong. The interior consists of the emperor’s palace and gardens.
·It is divided into four major areas: palace area, lake area, mountain area and plain area. Among them, the palace area and lake area are the essence of the summer resort.
·There are 28 yurts of different sizes in the garden, the Royal Library Wenjin Pavilion, Yongyou Temple, Chunhaoxuan, Suyunyan and other buildings, which are very worth visiting.

- Take No. 15, No. 19, No. 29 or No. 5 and get off at Chengde Grand Theater Station.
- Take Route 10, Section 10, Route 118, or Route 118 to the Summer Resort Station.
【Internal transportation】
- The electric car ride around the lake costs about 50 yuan. It is not recommended to take it. The scenic spots around the lake area are concentrated. Walking around the lake, you can slowly enjoy various scenic spots.
- The cruise ship costs about 50 yuan. It is a ferry boat that takes tourists from one side of the lake to the other. It is of little significance. You can walk there by yourself.
- The roller coaster ride is about 50 yuan. The mountainous area in the Summer Resort is quite large, so it is recommended to take a ride.
