There are 12 ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the Minglu and Qingyuan in the Ceramic Folklore Museum. There are 4 different types of Qing Dynasty buildings in Qing Garden. Yuhua Hall is the representative Qing Dynasty ancestral hall among them. Its floor is made of bluestone. The residential courtyards in the Qing Dynasty had a unique shape. The main side room was the study hall, the small courtyard was equipped with a stone fence pool, and there were gallery rooms on both sides. There was a small garden in the front, and a large house and a small house in the back, which set off each other. Ming Lu has 8 buildings including gates, shops, ancestral halls, and houses. Among them, the gate is a rare and exquisite architectural piece among the architectural remains of the Ming Dynasty in my country. The simple and elegant style of Ming Dynasty residences is in sharp contrast to the Qing Dynasty architecture. These architectural groups of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are rare physical materials for studying the development of Jingdezhen’s economy, architecture, and ceramics. Through them, people can have a glance at the style of Jingdezhen’s folk architecture in ancient times, so they have high aesthetic value and sightseeing value.
