Caogong Bridge is located in Wangkou Village, Wuyuan. It is a stone arch bridge made of stones. According to relevant historical records, it was built in the Longji Period of the Tang Dynasty (889 AD). It has a history of more than a thousand years. At that time, the village of Wangkou had not yet been built, and there was a man named Cao Zhongze who lived dozens of miles away. He took a fancy to the excellent Feng Shui here, and immediately chose a cemetery on the village foundation to bury the Cao family’s family members. Ancestral graves. In order to facilitate his visit to the tomb to offer sacrifices, the bridge was cut out of stone. It later collapsed. Five hundred years later, it was rebuilt by his descendants Cao Yiqian and others during the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty (1488 AD).
