·The “Broken Liang Hall” is also the second gate of Huqiu. It is a key cultural relic protection unit in Jiangsu Province. It was built in the Yuan Dynasty and has a history of more than 600 years.
·As the name suggests, that is to say, there is a broken beam, and there is a row of brackets supporting each other under the broken beam. The brackets distribute the force in the middle to the surroundings.
·The whole hall does not use metal components to make it strong, but only uses bamboo and wooden mortises and tenons. It is known as the Broken Beam Hall that has not fallen down for thousands of years.
·There are four stone tablets in the hall, which record the history of Tiger Hill and the construction of Yunyan Temple Pagoda. When these gravels are gently knocked, there will be a “dong-dong” echo, so it is also called the ringing monument.
