·Beihai Park is located in the center of Beijing. It is the earliest classical royal garden built in China’s existing history, the most complete preserved, and the deepest cultural deposit.
·With Beihai as the center, the park is divided into four major areas: “North Bank Scenic Area”, “East Bank Scenic Area”, “Qiongdao Scenic Area” and “Tuancheng Scenic Area”.
·Extensive water bodies are extremely rare in Beijing. The evening is the best time to go boating and enjoy the gardens. You can admire the imperial architecture, sit by the lake and chat with the old people around you about the royal history of the capital.
· Several groups of courtyard-style gardens on the east bank, such as Haopujian, Huafangzhai, and Silkworm Tan, are set among green pines and cypresses. They are full of natural interest and have the charm of private gardens in the south of the Yangtze River.
·From east to west on the north bank, there are Jingxinzhai, Xitian Brahma Realm, Chengguan Hall, Nine Dragon Wall, Chanfu Temple and Paradise. The Five Dragon Pavilions are dotted along the lake and are cleverly integrated with the natural landscape. No artificial traces are revealed in the picture. Like a natural landscape painting.
·Beihai Park contains one of the eight scenic spots in Yanjing, “Qiongdao Spring Yin”, and April will be the best time to appreciate it. The flowers and trees are in bud, the rocks are pretty, and the landscape is extremely moving.
