Mysterious primeval forest Orenbukan
I don’t know if it’s because the location is so remote that even Running Man didn’t take advantage of this scenic spot, but it’s really, really great here! Because the winter is too long and too cold here, it is only open for a few months every year. From May to October, the ice and snow here melt and the vegetation is luxuriant. After the summer, it is covered with ice and snow again. It is said that autumn here does not exceed 2 weeks.
The entrance fee is 120 RMB. Self-driving cars are not allowed to enter the scenic area. You need to take a shuttle bus from the scenic area to enter. Each bus will be assigned a tour guide to explain and guide. Because there were too few people when we went, the two of us also sent a car and followed the tour guide.
Orenbukanli can also feed reindeer. Unlike the sika deer in the Deer Park, the reindeer love to eat moss. A basket of moss costs 30 RMB, which is much more expensive than the soybeans (5 RMB) in the Deer Park. However, the reindeer are larger and have better-looking horns.
Tips: Feeding deer and taking pictures is a technical job. The deer will not cooperate. Once they are released and smell the moss, they will rush towards you crazily. If you do not protect the basket well, the reindeer will eat them all before you can even take the photo. .
It is uphill from the museum to the birch forest. The road is a bit steep and difficult to walk, but the road is much flatter when you get to the birch forest. There is forest expansion in the birch forest, which is more suitable for children to play. I heard from the tour guide that some tourists return because they don’t want to climb the mountain to the museum, and will miss most of the beautiful scenery behind.
