I have been to real plateaus twice, both over 5,000 meters, one week in Tibet in 2013 and two weeks in Gannan in 2016.
I have been to Qinghai twice, and the altitude is only 3100 meters. Personally, I don’t think it is a real plateau.
It may be that the body has strong adaptability. Even at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters, there is basically no altitude sickness. When driving in Gannan in 2016, an elder sister measured my blood oxygen content with an oximeter. It was stable at 91-92 throughout the whole process, very good!
High reflexes vary from person to person. Observing my fellow travelers, I personally believe that after a high fever occurs, the first thing to do is to judge the severity objectively and calmly.

  1. Mild exercise, such as walking slowly, mild shortness of breath, slight dizziness, clear thinking, ability to control actions and correct judgment. It is recommended to keep a calm mood first and let the body slowly adapt. You can also drink some glucose and inhale oxygen. It won’t affect the gameplay.
  2. After moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking, shouting loudly, and hiking with weights, if you feel short of breath, palpitated, and dizzy, but your thinking is clear and you can control your actions and make correct judgments, you should first reduce the amount of exercise and drink some glucose. Or inhale oxygen and observe whether the reaction intensity can decrease quickly.
2.1 If possible, it is recommended to control the amount of exercise, stay calm, and play normally.
2.2 If not, it is recommended to seek oxygen from a nearby medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber and then descend to a lower altitude as soon as possible.
  3. High-intensity exercise, or even no exercise, palpitation, dizziness, headache, purple skin, vomiting, unclear thinking, etc. Suggestions:
3.1 If there is a hospital nearby, immediately provide treatment such as hyperbaric oxygen inhalation. After the situation is relieved, evacuate to a lower altitude as soon as possible.
3.2 If you are unable to seek medical help, immediately inhale oxygen and descend to a lower altitude, supplementing with glucose along the way.
When encountering high-profile counterattacks, remember not to show off, or someone will die! ! !
    For reference. Have fun!
