玩一天：
日则沟→ 则查洼沟→ 树正沟
上午：
早上6 点之前起床，前往
九寨沟
，到沟口的售票中心（旺季7：00、淡季8：00 开门）购票，门票220 元（淡季80 元），车票90 元（淡季80 元）。进入大门，开始
九寨沟
一日游之旅。
在门口直接坐车前往日则沟尽头的原始森林，一路经过树正沟、日则沟，可在车上欣赏一路的美景。建议在旺季游
九寨沟
，可以和车上的解说员提前要求在箭竹海下，这样可以和旅行团错开时间，下车后走栈道观赏著名的箭竹海倒影。然后沿路标一路往下，沿途经过箭竹海瀑布、熊猫海、熊猫海瀑布、五花海，这段路程的风景很美，是
九寨沟
最精华的路段，且景点之间的路程不是很长，沿途细细欣赏，用相机拍下美景，而且路上还会看到很多可爱的小松鼠，可以喂食。
五花海到珍珠滩距离有点长，建议乘车前往。珍珠滩的景色很美，是西游记的外景地，游览完珍珠滩沿栈道往下走，经过珍珠滩瀑布，到达镜海停车场，顺路可以去游览下镜海。
中午：
从镜海停车场坐车到三沟交汇处——诺日朗中心站，中午可以在这里用餐，不过价格有点贵。如果不想再里面用餐，也可以自备干粮。或者也可在游览途中解决中饭，这样可以节省一些时间，但要记得不要乱扔垃圾。
下午：吃完中饭，坐上前往则查洼沟长海方向的车，途中大概20 多分钟左右。游览结束坐车去五彩池，然后从五彩池坐车回诺日朗中心站。前往诺日朗瀑布观赏，然后到停车点坐下行车去犀牛海、老虎海。
另外如果你觉得不够时间，建议可以不下车，在车上观赏。到达老虎海后下车，走上栈道一路经过树正瀑布、磨房、树正群海，一直走到火花海。这一段栈道沿途风景极佳，可以慢慢观赏。由于从火花海到盆景滩的车很少，建议就在车上欣赏芦苇海美景。

的二日游行程在时间上充裕了很多，可以比较全面的游览到

的每个景点，且一日游里那些因为时间关系只能在车上观赏的美景，在二日游的行程里也能下车近距离的欣赏，所以建议如果时间充裕，想细细游览

在五彩池乘车到诺日朗旅游中心，可游诺日朗瀑布、诺日朗群海。然后再停车点坐下行车回沟口。

There are also many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even open-air cinemas. It is like a prosperous commercial street. But it is different from ordinary commercial streets. Bianbian Street runs along the rushing Heihe River, with the river on one side and the street on the other. There is no such commercial street like this. The roasted whole lamb and roasted yak meat on Bianbian Street are also recommended delicacies. You can have dinner here.

The best section is walking along the plank road, you can get as close as possible to Jianzhuhai, Jianzhuhai Waterfall, Panda Sea, Panda Sea Sandie Waterfall, Wuhua Sea, Jinling Sea, and Pearl Beach.
