It is possible to walk for two days. You can go down the mountain one day and go up the mountain the next day. In the past, when there was no ropeway, you would climb the mountain on foot. However, hiking is tiring. You need to be mentally prepared, because you have to go up the mountain the next day, which is more strenuous. , which requires a certain amount of physical strength.
For 2 days of hiking, it is recommended that you go up and down the southern route.
This is the best route for hiking. There is not much difference between the south and the east. They are just different directions and different trailheads. The mountains are all the same and interconnected. The distance in the south is shorter.    
     
Day 1: Waishuanxi (Southern Cableway) Walking Trailhead

• Tianmen Villa - Rishang Villa - Xiangu Showing Shoes - Laozhuang Talking - Yuhuangding - Sunshine Coast (High Altitude Plank Road) - Sanqing Palace - West Coast Scenic Area (High Altitude Plank Road, this is a good place to watch the sunset, but you stay You can’t watch the sunset at the foot of the mountain) - Xixia Port - Rishang Villa - Hotel at the foot of the mountain. There is no problem in terms of time. You can also visit the Wanshouyuan Scenic Area first and then take the above route. The Sunshine Coast and the West Coast have gentle plank roads, which are relatively easy. I think the time is ok, but it depends on your physical strength.
  The second day: Waishuangxi (Southern Cableway) walking trailhead—

  The South Coast High Altitude Plank Road doesn’t offer much scenery. There are many shops selling food along the way.
