Dujiangyan City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Chengdu City, located in the northwest of the Chengdu Plain. It is named after the world-famous ancient water conservancy project Dujiangyan.
Dujiangyan was built during the Warring States Period. After more than two thousand years of ups and downs, it is still playing an increasingly important role.
